You know I should have mentioned that most the time I have leftover meat ......or at least SHOULD, but the kids end up eating most of it before the pizza makes it to the oven LOL.

Last night when I made pizza, I scaled it down a bit since I only had a handful of meat and some pepperoni. Ended up using only one bag of cheese, which is probably the least amount I've EVER used on a pizza. Crazy huh? Yes the normal pizza is HUGE and does require several people eating it. ;)

OH MY GOSH! Thatsa lota pizza! LOL!!
That's a pound and a half in just meats (not including the pepperoni)! But, boy oh boy does that sound MMM MMM GOOOD!

I'll have to try this some time but yeah, will definitely need the friends over, we'd never eat all that!

I'm really glad you mentioned to avoid garlic because before I got to that point I was thinking - mmm - we could add garlic right to the crust. Yep, spoken from one garlic lover to another! Garlic is a staple in my house. We don't just have salt and pepper in the house ... we have salt, pepper and garlic!

I also love the idea of the "chunky" pizza sauce ;) That sounds really good!!

And I have to laugh about the ingredients "walking away". That happens at my house ALL THE TIME! It's not just my kids either - my husband is just as guilty and he does it with everything I'm making! With ingredients like this ... and having to wait all that time for the pizza to be ready to eat ... yeah, lots of extra ingredients is a MUST!!

Thanks for the great recipe and I NEED that bread machine!!
