Halloween crafts for kids involving ghosts are extremly easy, and any age can create them. For this craft, simply take 2 pieces of tissue paper, rolling one up into a ball and placing the other over top. Tie with string or yarn and make your face with the marker.

Another variation of this same craft would be using lollipops as the base of the ghost, putting the tissue paper over top. Ghosts like this one are very basic halloween crafts for kids, although they are classics!

Another very simple idea that can done by any age. Trace your choice of design on to the contruction paper. Let the children color their creations before cutting out the design. Glue magnets on back of construction paper. Let dry before desplaying on the fridge.

Additional Halloween Crafts for Kids

Ghostly Window Clings
2-3 Tablespoons of Aleenes Thick Craft Glue
1 tablespoon of glow in the dark fabric paint

Mix together. Draw a ghost shape on wax paper. Then fill in the area with the glue/paint concoction. It may spread a bit and the cool thing is you can cut to shape if this happens. Set aside on a flat surface for 24 hours to dry. These will stick to windows or you can punch a hole at the top and attach a string and hang them.

For variations, I also do this at holiday time and make snowflakes. I have won awards with this craft.

Halloween Treat Party Favors
This is a great alternative to sugar filled candy and cheap plastic things that end up in the trash!
What You Need:
Soft Tortillas (Colored/Vegetable)
Olive Oil
Set of Metal Edge Halloween Shape Cookie Cutters (Ghost, Pumpkin, Bat, Cat)
Cookie Sheet
Cookie Cooling Racks
Halloween Treat Bags with Twisters
Directions: Preheat your oven (can use toaster oven) to broil. Using Halloween cookie cutters, cut each tortilla into bat, ghost, cat and pumpkin shapes. Lightly brush both sides of each Halloween tortilla shape with olive oil. Arrange on a cookie sheet. Broil until lightly browned, flipping once. Set chips on cookie racks to cool. Fill treat bags and twist tie closed.

Be Safe and Have Fun! This recipe requires metal edge cookie cutters as the plastic ones do not work well with tortillas. Also the use of a hot oven is required. Please use your discretion as to the age appropriateness of your children and supervise them during this project and your children will have fun making their own Halloween treat party favors and telling their friends, "I made them myself!"
